🔄 1. Where do you ship from?

We work with global fulfillment partners to ship products directly from international warehouses, depending on product availability and destination.


🌍 2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries around the world.


3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by destination:

  • USA: 7–15 business days

  • UK, Canada, EU: 10–20 business days

  • Asia & Others: 10–25 business days

Processing time: 1–3 business days.


📦 4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.


💳 5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and secure online payments. All transactions are encrypted and secure.


🔁 6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or changed within 6 hours of placing the order. Please email us immediately at support@nourixme.com if you need to make changes.


🛍️ 7. What is your return/refund policy?

We accept returns or refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number and photo evidence.


8. What if I never received my order?

If your order doesn’t arrive within the maximum delivery window, contact us. We’ll help you track it or send a replacement or refund.
